Canadian Applicant, UWaterloo undergrad in CS, applied in December 2018 and still not hearing anything from UWaterloo. Emailed them today and received a generic response :/ Thank you for your email. We have a large volume of applications for Fall 2019 and the admissions committee is currently working through them. We understand your concerns, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time. Generally decisions can take anywhere between 3 to 4 months, and updates are not provided to applicants until a decision has been made. It is possible for a decision to be made sooner than the approximate period stated but, if Quest has not been updated with a decision yet it means that your application is still in review.
