Slaughtered. generic rejection no email

no email, checked the portal, generic rejection.

Was one of my top options, half-expected but it still hurts to see the rejection. Best of luck to everyone else.

5-year Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, MSc in Quantum Optics. TOEFL:107

Received an email from one POI this morning with an interview request for Friday. There was also an email to check the status page of the application portal and accept the interview RSVP saying that two faculty would contact me to talk during the interview period from 1/25 through 1/28. So seems like everyone being interviewed will have received that application portal update today 1/25.

Sociocultural track. One of my POIs emailed to set up an interview for later this week.

I found out on the 24th when they sent me an email regarding a change in status on my application. However, the letter that is under Decision Documents was written apparently on the 21st. It's possible it was there ever since the 21st, but I did not see it. So if you are awaiting a decision, you have to open the application and there will be a status update and an icon of an envelope “Decision Documents.” Your application status when logging in will stay as submitted regardless.

Email from POI for interview later this week. Sociocultural track.

No email. I just checked my status on their website.
