Do not feel that bad as there are so many GPA 3.9+ got rejected. Also kinda appreciate they release ad and rej at the same time.

Well, they don't take GRE, but here's my score anyway. 1 paper under review. Had done 2 research (~1 year for each) with two professors at my undergrad school. No teaching exp at the time of application but will lead a student-led course next quarter. Had several personal projects on GitHub. Well, I've tried.

Kind of expected happy for those who got admitted. At least Stanford doesn't play mind games by sending both reject and acceptance on the same day unlike CMU MCDS.

Just got an email at 6:30PM EST saying they did not recommend me for admission. 3.92 GPA Math and CS major from a public uni. 1 NLP publication. 3 years of work experience. Poured my heart out for the SOP so rejection hurt so bad :( I guess I will be going to Berkeley instead

Rejection by email. First class BSc Computer Science from Edinburgh (top of my class, 85%+ average), internships at FAANG + HFT, undergraduate research experience, highly related extra curriculars, published a book. Think I had a strong SoP and everything else. 3r/0a/0w/3p, so starting to worry that one of my LoR is sabotaging me lol

Just got the email and almost had a heart attack! This is beyond my wildest dreams. Gosh, have already paid deposit to another program. Stats: 3 FAANG internships, 1 research projs but no pubs (was pending when I applied), TA 6 sems, highest GPA in my course, founder of a small fintech startup

MS CS acceptance. Field: Systems and Networking. From a top IIT, 1 research paper in A* conference, 1 international research internship
