:') Not an acceptance but not nothing, and really buoying news in a rough admission season. Fingers very intricately and thoroughly crossed.

Nice email, apparently very competetive year. 1a/2r/1w/4p

Fuck this cycle. 5 conferences, 2 publications, multiple public humanities work. 1a/4w/2r/3p

First acceptance! Waitlisted for assistantship.

over the moon! received an email yesterday mentioning funding for prospective students. the email said we could expect results between 27 feb and 3 march so really wasn't expecting the call tonight!

GPA is from MA in English. Received a personal email from grad director letting me know I was on the waitlist. 1a/2r/1w/8p

Ignore waitlist status. Has anyone heard from UCI? I see one person has gotten an interview; does UCI only accept those they've interviewed?

Email to check my status in portal. Short letter says funding and other details are forthcoming, but I'm excited to have my first acceptance! 1a/0w/1i/2r/5p

ignore interview. Is anyone else still waiting to hear back from them? I saw some decisions on here last week but I haven't received any updates.

Had a very nice email exchange with a professor who asked to read my writing sample ahead of time, and he loved it! Oh well. 3a/5r/7p

honestly panicking :0 0a/1w/3r/8p

0a/4r/2p *nervous laughter* Oh well, this one was a reach anyway...

Request for a fifteen minute interview from POI.

Canadian applicant. GPA is MA. Happened to check portal and find out that my application was unsuccessful. Honestly I'm really bummed about this one. I guess I'm not the next E.M. Forster in the making...

No news yet on funding obviously.

GPA is MA. 0a/5r/5p. rejections are getting tiring... a few profs at yale I was really excited about...

My daddy and all of my pets and their furry friends went here too...
