No notification at all, happened to check website and said not accepted and there was a generic letter to download.

Notified on the phone by POI, later received official letter.

First contact was a rejection letter through the mail. Oh well. Good luck to everyone else who applied

Undergrad in economics, MA in mathematics with much research experience.

4.0 Post-Bacc CSD; email from Mary Yotti, "We have sent out the admit and the denied letters. We have not sent out waitlisted letters. If you haven’t heard, I assume that is why. The Admissions committee said they will not put the waitlist in order until April 15 when we hear back from all those who were offered admission."

Emailed Mary Yotty today since I have not received any news. She emailed back saying that all Admits and Rejections were sent out last week, but waitlist letters have not yet been. She went on to say that the Waitlist order will not be determined until April 15 after hearing back from accepted students. If you haven't heard from Iowa, you're likely on the waitlist. Bummed, but really hoping this works out in my favor!

Applied for PhD but got admitted for MA saying I don't have all the prerequisites. No thanks.

AuD. average GRE strong everything else; was told that didn't make the Quantitative GRE cutoff. Received The Ohio State acceptance minutes before, both are tier 1 schools. I am ok with it :) good luck everyone else.
