I applied past the regular deadline, but I got accepted along with a partial fellowship.

I had accidentally applied to the wrong program, so it caused delay in admissions, but still got admit for Fall 2019. Undergrad in Chemical engineering. Good luck all, many schools seem to be very late this cycle.

I got an email on 04/05/2019 informing me of my acceptance. I am a working professional so I actually applied to the professional Master's program (part-time) and not the full-time program on campus. Does anybody have any input or say on this program? Is it reputable and worth all the money? It appears to be much easier to get accepted than the full-time program and it's taught my tech leaders and not necessarily research professors. The application process was free and does not even require GRE! Let me know what you guys think, thanks!

To 3.44(...), late advice but there're all the AI residency programs(maybe for next year) and it seems to me you could already apply for some of the applied research scientist roles at places like Amazon(which are always open). Good luck anyway. I'm sure you'll get something good with such a strong publication record.

If you don't mind answering, how long did it take to publish 11 papers? Also where all did you apply! (Great profile! But you could appear for Gre again. It is really easy to score full marks in quant!)

TTPB, if you already have 11 publications, you don't need a PhD. Keep on doing your research. A PhD is to prepare you for research. If you already can do it, so it is no longer a necessity for your success. There are a lot of researcher without PhD. Just put out valuable content.

I hope this is not spam for the others. I'm the one with 3.44 cgpa. To the post asking if I got offers anywhere else. Sadly no, one place told me that they would consider me if I have a higher GRE quant score **facepalm**. A year ago I got two offers at much lower ranked universities who don't even do what I'm currently doing. It is really sad and depressing at this point, all I'm worth are my grades which are in the past now!

Attended the onsite interview weekend from Feb 21-22 and was honestly thinking I was going to be rejected since more than a month has passed. Grateful that I have been given the opportunity! Will most likely be accepting this offer! 1 year of research with 2D materials and 1 summer REU. 3 years of non research related work experience.

To the students who are still waiting: I called the graduate coordinator and she informed me that all admits have been sent. I assume there is no point in waiting to get an offer from JHU.

Has an MSc with cgpa 3.44. Research experience for 4 years. Applied to CSLP, has 11 publications, five of them I'm the first author. Conferences: (EMNLP, LREC, COLING and a couple of workshops). Strong RL. Not even an interview, I guess at the end of the day grades is all that matters!

No surprise here: we're already in April, and this is the first thing I hear from them... Oh well, I was accepted to my dream school a month ago anyway!
