Canadian, 3.34/4 GPA, not much work experience, no papers published.

Dont know what Ann Jack is trying to do to us, trying to kill us thats for sure. These people cant fucking decide is a huge disappointment. Its been 6 months. Thats half a year. If they cant decide in 6 months, I dont think they will ever be able do it ever, not correctly at least.

Had contacted supervisor after submitting. He agreed to supervise me and wrote "I will submit the support letter" in his email. However, my application got rejected. It happens... No worries. But, the reason why I am writing this message is to emphasize that unless and until you have few research papers published at some reputed international journals, there is very less chance of getting admission into Msc thesis option for cs in highly ranked university. Congratulations to those who got accepted... I hope that you will someday get Turing award and make UoA feel proud.

Ann Jack replied to my email asking about the decisions dates: "Good afternoon, All final decisions will be made by Mid-May. Our committee is still reviewing files, and we hope to have our decisions out by then. Thank you for your patience, Ann"

my status has been "in review" for over a month now, I don't feel like it's good sign for me...

That awkward moment when everyone got a questionnaire to fill out but you didn't. Still in submitted state LOL. No one answers on the stupid application portal. Ann Jack is not responding anymore. It is past April end, I accepted another offer. Still have this small glimmer of hope.
