To the poster who wrote, "submitted near deadline, 15th of April in this year for fall 2020. POI mentioned result would come out by 15th of may. So, I guess I gotta wait." Did you hear any news or updates? Did you get a decision?

Received an email to activate Netid,But somehow i am not able to activate my account.UIN and my date of birth do not match their records! Contacted Admissions Office.Did anyone of you get mail to activate Netid?

Finally got a response from them. Oh well I got accepted into a better school nonetheless.

Got Admission but there is no mention about any assistantship

TTPB: I found out that the deadline to accept for the other track decisions that were already released is May 15. We have about 8 working days until then. This has been a long wait. Hoping the next week clears it at least

TTPB: I saw some ppl posting results in late March in yocket. Not sure when they had their response deadlines. Maybe the next results might come after that deadline. Anyway it's all guesses at the moment...

Although the result came out a bit late but was worth it! Now deciding between UC Davis and UCSB, does anyone have suggestions?

Anybody heard back from UC davis yet? I emailed ECE department and asked some questions and got no reply yet. It is May 4th now and no decision yet. Anyone has any ideas?

Did anybody from the wait list (on 15th April) heard back from RICE?

TTPB: exactly the same response I got from them when I sent them an email around 4/15. And it's been over two weeks now, still no updates. They really should refund the app fee back to us...

TTPB: I know of 3 admits till date. To be honest, really ordinary profiles - average GREs and GPAs. The common denominator is close to 3 years of work experience for all. What's strange is that I had applied much earlier than all of them, so it's not as if admits are being rolled out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
