Have any other Houston acceptees still not received formal funding info? My last contact with them was when I was accepted informally over the phone on the 22nd, and I am getting concerned.

No notification sent, checked portal and welcome/decision letter were posted. Not an April Fools joke. 2a/0w/4r

Got a phone call from program director this morning. Pretty sure all initial offers were made and I got in when someone turned down an offer.

Got an email to log-in and check results. Expected it at this point.

Received an email an hour ago that I was in the top 60 out of 500 applicants and that they can't disclose my place on the waitlist, but that 5 accepted students have already accepted their spots and 5 are still unconfirmed.

Emailed to check status, was told I didn't make it but was in the top 30 out of ~500.

Called for status update, verbal rejection. She said they will be sending out a form rejection letter to everyone today via email.

its a public school what do you expect

Waited 6 months for this answer.

No email. Checked the website. R--UH, IWW, UF, Irvine, Brown. W--Uva. P--BU. Game Over.

Has anyone been accepted or waitlisted to UH?

Has anyone received an acceptance or waitlist yet? Still nothing in my portal.

Checked U of H application portal and found a form letter rejection. I was not notified via email beforehand.

In response to the question about the application... Yes, there was a "View Your Decision Letter" button in my application to the fiction program. There wasn't any information in my myUH account, nothing in my email. They just dropped a letter (filled with typos, ironically) in my file.

Found out through the online application via form letter. Day ruined.

UF(R), IWW(R), Brown(R), Irvine(R), UVA(W), 2(P). Totally overestimated myself. Sweet.
