I was on waitlist for about a month before getting the reject email

I sent an email requesting for an update on my application and i was told they've sent out all their offers, so....

No GRE. 3 strong LOR. 2 years of research. ACS Scholar during undergrad. NSF REU internship. Presented research. Currently working in the field.

I applied late That could have been the cause of the reject

Did my undergrad at UCLA in Chem. Letter of reqs from the faculty. No undergrad research due to COVID regulations set by the school. Currently working at a CDMO that deals with biologics. I know they look heavily at industry research experience, I unfortunately had trouble finding a job in this area. Tad confused on who got accepted but here we are.

Emailed the department many times, and received no response. After emailing the university, they responded that they can't do anything if the university is not answering emails or making a decision!!!!!

They did not respond to any of my e-mails in a 4 months of period. No responses, no informations. Really disrespectful.

They didnt respond to any emails between when i submitted my application in october until i got a notification my application had been updated.

I applied after deadline. I contacted the graduate co-ordinator before applying. I talked to one professor of my interest.

Took a while to get rejected.

$2,500 Dean's Merit Award per semester.
