Does anyone know if all the acceptance letters have been sent yet? I haven't received anything from NYU (sociology) yet. I am so nervous... Do I still have a chance?

I am on the waitinglist.. only 3 offers given this year. Anyone who will not go to NYU???please let me know

Hadn't heard anything yet. Online it said those asked to interview would be notified by mid feb. Called to say I hadn't heard anything yet and they said most likely I had been rejected and would be receiving a letter on the mail. So upset : ( they only accept students in the fall... I'm going to have to wait a whole year to reapply.

They've provided the nicest rejection letter so far. Already 5 rejections, only waiting to hear from a few more schools :-( I wonder if other students who are just getting their BA like me have gotten accepted into a doctoral program? I asked the POI, he said the competition is extremely strong this year, and I did not get into the final round..... sort of like as I expected since its been a long time I did not hear anything, good luck fellas!
