Any news from these programs?

9th rejection! 2 more to go, but both are more selective than the first 9. Oh boy, should have applied for masters programs too. Or even second bachelors.

Reached out to prospective PI twice but no response. no interview

TTPB: I had to email the program coordinator to ask for my status! I assume all definite acceptances and rejections have gone out, so those who haven't been contacted are on the waitlist.

TTPB: Did you have to email them to get your waitlist decisions, or did they notify you via email? I haven't received an acceptance or rejection yet. Thanks!

TTPB: I know it, it's so stressing! What subfield you applied for? It seems that they have only sent acceptances for CM and HEP-exp. In my case, I applied for HEP-th/String theory and have not received anything.

TTPB: are you the same person that already posted on 2/18 about POI contacting you with an acceptance email? Just to understand if more people who were accepted are getting emails from POI, because I did not get any after interviews. Thanks!

do you think they're done making their decisions and have sent out all their acceptances, rejections and waitlists? or do you think they're doing it on a rolling basis?

Does anyone know what is happening with Cornell? I cannot make out the pattern from last year. It sounds like they just sound out acceptances and rejections willy-nilly over the next week or two? Too stressful. Why can't these schools just do it all at once?
