Many schools have frozen sending new offers to waitlists because of covid-19 (e.g. NYU). For those who admitted to these schools which haven't frozen and not planning to attend, would you please decline as soon as possible? I understand it is very hard to weight offers and make up mind, but during this special period, please help us before it's too late! Many thanks!

Undergraduate. Several publications with 3 first/corresponding-author papers in Physical Review Journals. Recommended by "nobody"s in their eyes. And then, rejected.

Got the email around 10:30am GPA - 3.9; GRE - V: 162, Q: 154, AW: 4.5; 4 years of policy-related work 6a/1r/0w

I was hosted by Princeton for P3 event in October. 5 yrs research exp. 2 pubs in prep (1 first author, 1 co-author). 3 LoR (at least one v Strong). Princeton is tough, no doubt. Their reject letter was thoughtful. I have no hard feelings. Accepting that Princeton wasn't going to happen allowed me realize where my dream school truly was. I will start my PhD this fall at a university that is best suited for me and I am grateful.

Disappointed. Strong BA & MA. Strong LoRs. Work internationally in progressively senior management/policy roles w/ intl. orgs in challenging contexts - over 7 years' experience.

Received email at 10:21 am

So lucky.... Also got Stanford MS, which do you guys think will be a better choice?

Interview email on February 4th. I got an email of acceptance from the director on March 10th. The official letter from the Graduate School to come on March 12th.

Very surprised. Bad GRE scores, but sent in very targeted personal statement and strong LORs. Had +5 years of work experience.
