TTPB: I was accepted to Boston U a few weeks ago.

TTPB: I emailed and was told that they are still processing applications, saying we should hear back within the next couple of weeks

Has anyone heard from BU Astronomy?

To the poster asking about acceptances: I received an email from the department one week after the interview. Official letter from the graduate school a week later. The on campus visit is next week.

To the person who got rejected via email, did you inquire or did they inform you themselves? I've been rejected from 7/7 places so far in the first round. I might have some hope for Boston if they didn't reject me instantly.

TTPB: what is your (intended) sub-field?

Has anyone heard back from BU Computer Engineering who mentioned Cyber-Physical Systems as their research interest? The website of BU has a page for Open House of admitted students being March 6. If I haven't heard back till now, does it mean I'm done for BU? :(

TTPB who were rejected: did you reach out to professors/admissions to ask about your decision, or was it a generic email? Are they done sending all offers?

Notified on 2/17 for informal Skype interview with POI 2/24. Said decisions will be made in two weeks.

To the previous post about BU acceptance, who is your PI? And do you plan to accept it?
