Offered a fellowship -- very excited to consider this one in the greater context of my apps. 2a/1w/2r/2p.

This is nice feedback but I assume it means even if I was admitted I wouldn't be fully funded, and I've already been accepted to a fully funded program so I'll probably let them know they can take me off the waitlist! Good luck y'all! 1a/2w/4r/10p

Thank you for your interest in our Creative Writing graduate program. I am sorry to have to inform you that our review of your application and credentials did not lead to a recommendation of admission. If you have applied to more than one Vanderbilt program, you will receive a separate communication regarding your application to each program. The Graduate School at Vanderbilt University receives applications from many outstanding candidates. Unfortunately, limited resources and competition among well-qualified applicants preclude our offering admission to all who seek it. Please know that your application and supporting materials received a close and careful review. Admissions decisions are difficult, both for faculty who review applications and for applicants who await notification. I regret having to send you this disappointing news, but I wish you every success in the pursuit of your educational goals. Sincerely, Mark T. Wallace Dean of the Graduate School (I read about this particular college's selection process in Poet and Writer's magazine and I knew I would not get in! I think this is a nice reject letter.)

Standard form rejection told to check portal via email. General rejection letter posted on site.

This is from a current member of the MFA at MNSU, we had problems with finding funding last year, and that's because it's a different process. Search MNSU assistantship and start applying. It's a bit of a different process than other grad schools, but there's a ton of funding, I promise.

I called to ask if Purdue had already sent out all acceptance letters. I was told no, Purdue will continue to share decisions through April 15.

Email to check the portal. Feeling numb at this point.

Email to check portal. Probably the coldest/most clearly authored by a lizard-person letter I've gotten so far. 1a/2w/3r/6p
