To following applicant who have received rej or ad, what is your track? I'm in ACSES track. Checked application website today and it is still in review. UTA is known for not sending rejection email, according reports from previous years.

Found out on the website. UTA committee is rude that they don't even care to send a rejection email. I got better offer from other school anyway. Still congratulate to those who did get accepted.

Is it true that this program only do one time offer without waitlist? Should we assume rejection in the following days?

Concentration in Computer Engineering. Undergrad - BE in Electronics and Communication from RV College of Engineering with a CGPA of 9.37. Two internships. No papers or full time work experience.

Got an e-mail to check status page, 50% tuition scholarship. Apparently any grad student can get a TA job if they mention wanting one, $2,500/semester. Not sure how much RA positions pay.

To the poster below with CGPA = 3.67 I'm sorry for your rejection. Did you apply to MEng or MSc? Also, did you have recommendation from any professor? I was told this time they cut off admissions for students with CGPA below 3.7/4.0 I hope you have other options. Best wishes for your future en devours.

My top choice, 6 years professional experience in the relevant area. No publications. Not surprised :/

Undergrad: French classes préparatoires + top tier French engineering school. 1 Summer internship in NLP, 1 DeepRL research internship at Mila, Montreal, 1 entrepreneurship semester at IEOR Berkeley A lot of entrepreneurship experience + a lot of side projects (humanitarian, biodiversity, arts,...) Great LOR. No publications. Not a pure CS background, but a very interdisciplinary background (lots of Maths though). Very tough choice, but will likely reject for MIT MSc in Operations Research.
