Was waitlisted a few weeks ago and haven't heard back. Is anyone else in the same shoes? Any color on what probabilities and/or timeline looks like?

Very generic reject. Pretty sad as it was one of my dream universities. Not having LORs from profs familiar with the UBC faculty might have hurt my chances given that UBC admission process is LOR centric. Best luck to the rest who are still waiting!

Canadian Applicant - no specific reason given. Pretty sad, but oh well

Here's the thing about Canadian schools: they simply fail to admit baller applicants. I'm talking about ballers on the level of Micheal Jordan, Lebron James, Steph Curry, etc. They get these amazing applicants (like me), and they throw them out! No wonder their country is rapidly deteriorating (projections show they will soon have one of the lowest HDIs and GDP/Capita in the entire world). Anyways, as an AMERICAN I will be writing my members of congress and encouraging them to liberate Canada by any means necessary.

Got an email to view admission results and was accepted!

Excellent resume in student leadership and community service!

Rejected from clinical psych doctoral program, was offered admission to this Masters program. I imagine the acceptance rate is pretty high. Seems like a total cash cow, I don't think it's worth the debt.

MASc Applicant

Ignore this tag. Have you heard about any result from Columbia business school?

Int. applicant, MASc applicant. generic rejection
