I'm the one who previously posted this rejection. Update: Decided to attend Univ. of Pittsburgh's MA Security/Intelligence Program. I'm turning down offers of MA Political Science to American and 3 others. Don't want to put too much info out to the public. Very happy--good luck to the rest of you. I still haven't heard back from one additional application but now that seems to be irrelevant since my deposit to Pitt. is being sent tomorrow.

Email saying the Dean was happy to have me in the program and that I would get the official letter via snail mail.

No funding...

It's OK. Cost would have too high anyway. Accepted into 4 other MA Programs. Waiting to hear from one more. Hoping to make my final decision within the next week. Good luck everyone.

Received March 12, but dated March 3rd.

For those in Georgetown, I haven't received anything up till now. Does it implicitly mean "rejected"?

Letter dated March 3, 2010

Receive an unofficial email from the Academic Program Coordinator for CCAS. So excited!!!! No scholarship though.

Email saying I've been accepted and that an official letter will be coming in the mail. Didn't say anything about financial aid - hopefully it'll be in the letter.

Woot Woot!

not surpried and not worry, but it is written that there are 8000 applications for econ master and phd. TM: crunchtime
