Email from Penny Welch indicating I've been designated as an alternate for funding and that they would be in touch if something becomes available, typically the first week of April. Did everyone who did not get funding get this? We have a Vandy thread going in the forum.

:( This is a great program, hopefully everyone who got in realizes that. Have offers elsewhere... To the person who could not figure out the application... Are you kidding me?!?! They have the easiest application of any program I applied to (simple uploads and your done, plus its free!). Someone who cannot figure out how to apply might not have the problem solving skills necessary to do primary research.
