Not surprised, no PI's ever emailed me back and I never received an interview

No interview just an email to check the status. B.U. was the PI I wanted to work with

Received general notification that application was rejected

Had an interview, Emailed the admission office last week to check status, not responsive. then rejected today. System email to check portal today. No right fit primary mentor anyway.

For those of y'all asking about OSU--check the portal to see if they put anything up. My partner who applied for another program in a separate department within OSU's graduate school had checked her status and had a decision, so I decided to check mine and had a decision as well. No email about the decision though, which is annoying. Good luck everyone who is still waiting!

I have collaborated with faculty in this department for 5 years through my work in healthcare. Even my recommenders, one of whom is a professor in the school of medicine, were offended by this rejection. But they were my safety school so w.e.

I was invited to virtual visit (1/21 & 1/22) to CU Boulder. It seems like nobody posted their invitations here (maybe?). I read some people in the forum wonder if all the invitations of CU Boulder has been sent out. There were 20 people in the social psychology program at virtual visit day. Now I am waiting for faculties' decisions.
