My specification: 1 SCI paper publication, 1 patent pending, 4 national conferences, TOEFL 102 For the sake of the sharing the information, I post my application status. I asked the admission officer and the chemical engineering department. Here is their reply. "Letters have been going out to students. Usually students who decline the offers will then trigger the recruitment chair to send out other letters as a second round of offers. At this moment the recruitment chair has not given me a list of those students who are on the “second round” list. Sorry I couldn’t have been more helpful at this time."

Received an email telling me my decision was on the portal. Very weirded worded, but I called and they said I was accepted.

Penn State Child track offers have been extended. They are waiting to hear back from 3 of the offers, 3 have accepted. I removed myself from the waitlist for another offer. Good luck to everyone:)

Regarding the questions below: 750 GMAT, 3.914 undergrad GPA in Math & Economics. They're admitting 3 students this year. I haven't heard about stipend yet since I've only received an unofficial acceptance at this point. I did a campus interview last week. This is my only option so far. Good luck to you

CME from one of the old five IITs. One summer intern at Stanford. Applied to 14 of the top 20 physics schools according to USNWR. 0/14. Not a single admission. Rejected from everywhere. What's wrong with the schools this year? Really frustrated, guys. No hope. After going through the long application process which I prepared for so hard, it feels frightening to think of applying again next year.

Very grateful! I will probably be turning down for Emerson so hopefully that helps someone on the waitlist soon! Also they updated the portal, sent an email, AND delivered a letter via post for those wondering.

Has anyone heard from Penn State? I had my interview on February 17 and have not heard a decision either way.
