Official notice of acceptance from GSAS (informally admitted by the dept on Feb 12.) Just putting this up for future applicants to see the timeline for "official" acceptances at Columbia.

I had to ask for my status. They did not specify when official notifications will go out.

Accepted at Harvard and Yale. Waitlisted at Columbia and Berkeley. Rejected from IFA (assuming).

Dear all: Please decide on rejecting/ accepting as SOON as you can. It particularly helps international students. We have to go through an arduous visa process. The later we get the results of wait-lists, the more difficult everything will be for us. Thank you so much.

Email directing me to website. Second time applying. No response from art history professors when inquiring about specialties. Did anyone receive contact from professors ahead of time?

I saw that a few PSU results have been posted and they all received their letters in mail. I contacted the DGS and explained that it might take longer for the letters to get to a foreign country. I have two acceptances, but well...still hurts.

Poster below: I was also rejected from Berkeley and Columbia. Chicago as well. I am also waiting to hear from Hopkins, NYU, and Stanford. Hopkins is my top choice.

I got rejected from Columbia and UC Berkeley, but still waiting to hear back from Stanford, Hopkins, NYU. At this point I am assuming the worst as these schools have already sent out some acceptances... anyone else still waiting to hear back from Stanford?
