TTPB: I think results are not faculty wise, the committee decides. Faculty interview for final confirmation in some cases. You might have already been selected in my opinion. On a lighter note, may I know why would you want to change schools? You seem to be on track for completing a PhD thesis anyways and 11 papers at top venues is something even top 10 school people dream of publishing during their PhD.

Is the Ph.D admission rolling and decided by the faculty locally or has all the admission decisions been sent by UPenn? 11 publications including 3 at ACL 1st author, 1 at LREC 1st author, 1 at CVPR, 1 at SIGDIAL, 1 at EMNLP, 4 other workshop papers at top conferences, 4 internships in U.S. and Europe, 3.98 Masters G.P.A. Anxious as I did not get any email for an interview?
