Offered me admission into MS non thesis that too w/o funding, I mean the rejection was enough they didn't need to rub salt in the wound with the useless offer

Decided to check the portal after seeing another post here. Didn't get any email

Had interview with PI on Feb 8th. Emailed to check the portal.

successfully kept my streak as an MIT reject. kinda knew it was out of reach but had some hope.

I have been admitted to the Mechanical Engineering PhD program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. They have invited me to attend the open house on March 6.

No interviews, wondering how many people are on the waitlist

Applied for the materials track under MAE after my potential PI notified me to do so instead of applying to the MSE Program. Haven't heard back since the interview despite follow up emails to the DGS & my PI. Please pray for me & keep updating the spreadsheet guys :D

Interviewed with an advisor outside of the initial program of interest. Offered a position through email and then invited to the open house, and received an official letter of acceptance. Five publications, two first authors, three years of research.
