Was waitlisted in March. Got an email saying I was accepted around 6:30 pm EST.

To some of the posters below, may be it would be wise if you contact the graduate department of your faculty directly. If it´s not because of an email that I received from the POI saying congratulations for the acceptance, I would be still waiting for an answer. Turns out that the letter of acceptance was sent on 8th of march, but I never received it! The deadline for the offer of admission was veeery close. I applied in December International Student

Supposed to hear by March 31st but status still says 'pending'. Anyone else in this same boat?

to the student who ask -> I'm from Québec and nothing here either! I haven't seen many students accepted or rejected for the program tbh. thought maybe because the average age from their students bios seem older so they don't post here?? I'm at a loss of answers really! I applied around the holidays time last year to make the early deadline, but was never notified about my application status not even rejection. I don't know how to check if they saw my portfolio, hadn't thought of this earlier. Oh I also called Ryerson admissions a few time to check but they seem busy and not interesting in helping out. Every other school I applied has already sent answers!!

MDM folks: did somebody else (other than the 2people who posted here) got accepted? Do you know if they have looked at your e-portfolio? I'm an international student with American undergrad degree, basic media production skills, high GPA, 1 year relevant work experience, BA in COM & Media Studies + Business MGMT, Applied by the early consideration deadline but still haven't heard anything :(( Yeates Admissions page says MDM is already closed for international students, and the portfolio web analytics show no visits from Canada, which makes me assume they either haven't looked at my application yet (and at this point won't at all if it's already closed) or have rejected me before even looking at the portfolio :( I have very little hope at this point, but I was wondering if anyone else is on the same boat with the MDM or has spoken to admissions. I was accepted with a 3.7 GPA and a few years of semi-professional media projects in my portfolio

Emailed the department grad coordinator yesterday and received the official rejection from the graduate divisionat UCSC. Rejected from the six programs I applied too.

to the Professional Communication people below: still nothing from the Master in Digital Media either (MDM), maybe the COMM department has longer timing...? The waiting game is indeed brutal :/ Best of luck to everyone!
