Got a phone call and email notifying me that I was accepted from the waitlist with funding. Will most likely be declining.

To the person who posted previously asking about BGSU program highlights, I am also deciding between BGSU and another program. Perks of BGSU that I have come across... I've heard the faculty is wonderful, the program is only 5 semesters, during the 5th semester they can place you almost anywhere for your full time externship, the tuition is much cheaper than any other university in ohio, and you can do a thesis but if you don't do a thesis you aren't required to do any other "project, specialization, or presentation" like many other programs. Also the cost of living in Bowling Green is very cheap! Hope this helps! I think these aspects are what is currently causing me to learn towards accepting my admission there.

I got an initial email that I had been waitlisted.....but then received a second one that I was rejected due to an imcomplete application? I emailed and asked what the deal was but I haven't heard back at all. They're whole system throughout seemed very dysfunctional though. I was getting daily emails and updates that they would later have to correct because they had the wrong information

I declined my offer to University of Cincinnati today. Hopefully this helps someone else out! Also, has anyone who is for sure going to BGSU created a facebook page? Would love to start looking into housing as it is one of my top choices!

To the Bowling Green poster below, when you got your notification about your incomplete checklist did you email the person back? I got the same notification but then I sent an email with a picture of my completed checklist, I still haven't heard back from them but I think it's curious that we are in a similar boat

Last week I was put onto the waitlist, yesterday they emailed to say that one of my check-list forms was filled out incorrectly so I am no longer eligible to stay on the waitlist. Absolutely ridiculous but I have better options at this point!

Just turned down offer of admission and funding, so there should be some movement on the waitlist! Best of luck!
