GPA is Masters. 3 years of research but no publications

Still no response regarding this program. Application status remains unchanged (PROGRAM REVIEW). I have contacted my POI, the Program Director, and the Graduate School Director with no response. I have already resigned to the certainty of rejection at this point, but the lack of communication is frankly infuriating. Does anyone else have news from this program? I attended the Recruitment Event in February and walked away with positive feedback from all that I spoke with.

Does anyone have an idea about PhD in Chemical Biology? Are they giving out admission decisions OR not yet ?

Very weird! received an email after the application deadline to finish my incomplete application, because they are still looking for students and will extend the due date for me. The admissions rep seemed very happy with my application and said that I would hear back in about two weeks. I never heard back so I emailed and a few hours later was rejected! I'm an A student with 3 years of research experience including an internship and multiple symposium presentations. A very weird experience to me! but I've got other offers anyways :)

I was interviewed on 24 Feb, but didn't receive any decision yet, not even an indication of being wait-listed. As per this portal, the last update on admission decision for Fall '20 was on 3 Feb. Has anyone heard anything after that? It's my dream school. Please decline your offer if you don't intend to attend!

Interview went well! I am wondering if the decision is influenced by the covid19- many say american universities will not take international students because of it
