Han interview in mid November with PoIs mentioned in SOP. Was extended an offer afterwards, but I told them to give me till February to get my decision across. If I decide to take up the offer, admission letter will come then. Best wishes to everyone out there. As a form of encouragement, I applied to 13 PhDs, including NYU, last year and got rejected in all. This year, I also applied to 13 and had/have 2 interviews already. So if you're rejected at the end of this admission cycle, don't give up, rather, try again by improving upon the flaws in your application.
