Finally I have freed from my misery. Got a genric rejection template after 5 months.

This isn't coming from a place of hate but I wouldn't advise international students that are trying to be safe with their applications to apply to Mcgill. By safe, I also mean the application fee is quite expensive for you to pay. Mcgill is a very big gamble. I got admission to a school in the US with full funding and have opted for that anyway.

Studied electrical engineering and graduated from a top Canadian university with 82% GPA. Have to take one additional math course offered by RWTH Aachen.

It really is saddening to see how these universities play with your life by influencing your decisions by delaying sending rejections which can be done with a specific deadline, like UIUC does. Almost missed a deadline to accept an offer waiting for these A-holes.

fuck them:)

No response received from GA Tech. As quiet as the vacuum.

TTPB: Have you tried contacting GaTech? I contacted them but no response.

I am still waiting to hear from Georgia Tech. Did anyone interview at Ohio State - ElectroScience Lab? If yes, when and did you hear after? Please. Thanks for the help.

Didn't receive an email, but checked the website today and found the decision: Deny. Although their application fee is extremely high (170 USD), they don't deal with the applicants properly. They took around 5 months to release the decision, even when I asked about the decision three weeks ago, they responded (after a week from my email) that I have to be patient.

Admission Status was updated to 'Unsuccessful' on the Application Portal today. Didn't receive any e-mail on the update of Application Status.

Was once my dream school. Not sure I will apply here again.

After contacting the EECS MEng, they said that they will only send one email either admission or rejection. However, rejection will only be sent if all of the places for admissions have been provided. So expect a decision today or in the next few days. Do not give up maybe you are the last person of the waitlist who got in ! Anyhow, congrats to the admits and for the other I hope you find a way to make it work.

Just want to go back in time and tell my past self to stop overestimating your profile, you IDIOT!! Why was I even hopeful?

Has anyone reached out Grad School?? Is there still any hope or rejection for sure?

No notification. I had to write to them to ask what the status of my application was.

Disappointed with the decision, posting so others understand when they sent out rejections
