Well.. did not expect that. Did summer internship in WINLAB of Rutgers, got recommendation from one top prof. there. MS with Thesis from USA, gpa-3.96/4. TA/RA exp., research experience - 2 years, overall Industry exp- 4.5 years (IBM + Cisco), Publication: 1 IEEE conf (1st Author) , 1 tech report. Anyway, I am going to UC Irvine.

Already accepted to NCUS and UPenn

Only 6 openings for international students. They should tell people at first that they only admit native students. Holy crap. Wasting lot of money and time.

3 Publications. Their loss!

18 months of research experience. No publications.

At least I got all of my rejections after getting two acceptences.

No Email, Randomly check website, got accepted, no funding

Thought as much.

I even do not know when the rejection was posted. No email notification.

Just I myself check the application homepage and realized that I was rejected!! no reason and no notification! Shame on the graduate school at RU!!! My TOEFL score is 98, 8 ISI papers, Invited speaker in Germany and 1 year TA/RA at my Master University. What kind of students are the looking for?

...... = =

To the poster below, it looks like I got the same funding and mentorship offer.

'have been accepted to rutgers with $20,000 funding and professors who are interested in me…anyone got a similar offer?
