Sounds like there are a bunch of us still waiting to hear back. Does anyone know if that rejection posted earlier today is legit or a troll?

Hi! To the posters below, I am also on the waitlist and got this information from my Fulbright adviser who was in contact with Graduate Admissions. "The earliest we will look at the waitlist is around April 15. However, we not have a timeline for finalizing the waitlist. Generally, applicants can be admitted to a program until the start of the semester so offers can go out until sometime in August." Unconditional offer after an interview a week ago. Mexican economist, Central Bank experience.

Checked the portal randomly and it said denied. Didn't even bother to send a rejection email. Oh well.

Also, receive email on 4/9 that I am still under review and will hear by 4/12.

To the posters below who received a status update about the admissions timeline - I submitted my app in mid-feb before the deadline, but so far the only communication I've received was the email from SEAS when I submitted informing me that they've forwarded to the engineering dept for review. Is this normal, and are your statuses still marked as "Application Submitted"? Thanks and good luck to everyone else still waiting!

Strong Math Analysis and Algebra background. Some Python programming experience.
