Has anyone else heard back from Nova and been placed as a "hold" candidate? I am so confused what this even is.. I know it isn't the wait list, but maybe similar? I was sent a letter about a week and a half after my interview.

Kinda surprised on this one. Northwestern and U of Iowa admitted me.

Any admitted Wash U students not going to end up going there? Curious to see how likely it will be for waitlist students to get in.

So I called the Gallaudet Grad Admissions and they said that the first wave of acceptances have been made. If your status is still pending, then that means they are waiting for people to decline their offers until they offer you an acceptance. After which they then do waitlists. Anyone out there who got accepted that will be declining this offer?

I will be waiting to hear back from other schools but will most likely be declining. Congrats to everyone and good luck to those waitlisted!
