Asked admissions if interview invites were already sent and they replied that they were. Was my preferred choice but that's life.

ignore waitlist. TTPB; were you accepted directly or did you get an interview invite? I'm confused since I didn't think they went out until after Dec 1.

Finally rejected after being waitlisted since mid Feb.

Has anyone on the waitlist been rejected or accepted? If so, what subfield?

Waitlisted and then ultimately rejected. Top 10% gpa from a top 15 US university and strong GRE scores.

Just rejected Harvard. I am going to BU. Good luck

TTPB: I did send a very brief email thanking them for waitlisting me and stating my continued interest, but I never heard back or got any additional information until I was accepted through an automated system. Good luck!

To the person who posted below: did you reach out in March to register interest/ update the department? Did you hear back?

Accepted of the waitlist. I already accepted another offer, so I declined.

Ah yes, I am also a baby. But luckily the doctor smacked enough understanding on my ass that I don't ask like an asshole.

Low GRE but did not submit to Harvard. Top research institute in my country (East Asia). Overall GPA 4.22/4.30 Major GPA 4.28/4.30. Four publications in geometry/topology.

Accepted off of waitlist

TPB: Thank you for the information and congrats for the fantastic admissions. Would you mind sharing your field of interest and which program you are going to attend? Thanks in advance.

I just declined the offers from them (To be precise, I withdrew myself from the waiting list for Harvard). Good luck!

Did anyone get any updates about the WL?
