Got the admission letter with a stipend of 2690 per month. Invited to open house held in March with reimbursement up to 500. Hesitant because I heard that UC schools underwent some cut in funding. So rumor has it that they are financially unstable? Does anyone have any insights or advice?

TTBP: Jan 31 (Thursday) for last year

Grad 20 is some generic placeholder they are using. Everyone has it. Usually, when does UC Berkeley send notifications for CS PhD?

To other posters, I also have my status updated as "Grad 20". I don't remember what it was before and have no idea what that means.

TTPB: I have "Grad 20" too, and I am applying to EECS MEng. I guess it doesn't mean anything since the results of MEng were released in March last year.

Anyone else has their status updated to "Grad 20" in the application portal? Not sure if this means anything though (I'm assuming it doesn't)

To the post below about the "Grad 20", do you have that in your portal as well? What does it mean?

First admission!

To the poster below who was accepted, congratulations! Did you apply to the MS program or the M. Eng. program?

From UCLA, stay blessed!

To the poster that got accepted to the scientists and engineer program, when did you apply? I applied at beginning of December and have yet to receive a decision . The deadline for the program was just this past week.
