I am the poster below. I got an unofficial admission email from Professor Kejriwal that they decided to make me an offer and send an official email soon.

To the poster below: I am an international student, South Korea, in particular. Grad GPA 4.0, TOEFL 100+.

To the poster about Purdue Finance, I am waitlisted (no interview, found out after sending email to Purdue around a month ago). They aim to have 2 students this year and 2 offers have been sent out. Only if one declines, they will interview the waitlistee in order.

To the poster below. Which country are you from? Mind telling! Also your profile, GRE, TOEFL score.

I just got an email from Professor Kejriwal: "You are currently on our shortlist of applicants that we are considering for admission with financial aid."

Is there anybody who got news from Purdue? interview, wait-list, admission, reject etc..

Through our partnership with the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, we have learned that you have demonstrated an interest in pursuing your graduate studies in ME here at Purdue’s West Lafayette flagship campus. Although we recognize you may not be admitted to the program to which you originally applied, I want to make you aware of our Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) graduate degree program that offers a 1-year concentration in Mechanical Engineering and Management. We are part of the College of Engineering at Purdue University and I am reaching out now because I believe our program may have a lot to offer you, depending upon your academic and career goals.

Question: Did any of you have counselors you "worked" with when applying? It was necessary for me to talk to one to apply, and they call me every week to update me on if they heard anything. Today I was told I was recommended by the admissions committee to be accepted into Communications program for this summer, and will get the official admission letter by the end of this week.

I will be accepting Purdue's offer today and will be declining offers from the University of Illinois, Illinois State University, and Missouri State University

To the poster below, I also got the email about waiting to hear about funding. If you contact the secretary, Vicki Black, she might be able to explain more. She has sent me numerous emails about GA positions and opportunities for funding offered at Purdue
