MA GPA was 11.6/12. Was told that I am high on the waitlist for full funding, so fingers crossed!

I feel like wanna die….. this was going to be my third trial for applying my PhD but every time have to reject my offer due to no funding available ….. and my family is low income couldn't afford to pay by self….. I am so devastatingly hopeless and don't know what should I do now….. I am so passionate about doing research but it is too expensive and harsh condition for funding international students

ignore waitlist- is anyone still waiting? i have long heard from all other programs, and see others have posted here, but have no updates via email or in the portal- application still lists "in progress". would love to know any insight, esp. as this program tells you not to write them - feeling stuck.

Just declined my offer of acceptance. Letting those on the waitlist know!

Just declined my offer of acceptance. Good luck to those on the waitlist!

Master's degree GPA: 3.70

8r/0a/0p. Guess I'll try again next year.

Email to check portal. They ignored my emails inquiring about my application status, which I personally find unprofessional. Very upset as this was my #1 choice. 1w/0a/4r. Trying again next year :(

The end of an app cycle! Hopefully ppl who are lucky enough to get admitted to UToronto program will make their decisions soon! I'm also withholding acceptances I'm willing to part with if I get the spot at UT!

not a good fit maybe. Farewell, my dream school.

dean's email sent directly; no portal checking; don't care at all

$6000 scholarship + TA position. My dream school! Feel so excited!

TO THE POST BELOW It's not an official rejection. I was in the same situation and I reached out to the DGS yesterday, and he replied saying that it's most likely that people who are admitted first round will fill up the 5 seats they have this year. Take that as a rejection or an unlikely waitlist as you wish. Best of luck!
