Has anyone heard back after interviews for Counseling / Applied Human Development?

Accepted via phone call from POI. Interviewed last week.

Email from PI

Received email from EdD dept stating The thesis (dissertation in practice) requirements for the EDD have changed. And to let them know if I am still interested in this program and if yes "we will proceed with our application review and admission process."

Received an email to check the online portal for decision. I expected a rejection after seeing others post about interview invites back in December.

Mass email for invitation to interview! Dates are this Wednesday (1/3) and Monday (1/8). Not much time to clear schedules and prepare for interview (2 days).

Invited to 2.5 hour virtual interview, option of 2/12 and 2/19.

Emailed the Applied Psychology department directly and a program advisor responded: "Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to say that we have extended all interview offers for this application cycle. I wish you all the best in the process."

Received an email telling me to check the portal. Received a second email on 1/25 saying I was on an alternate list.

Congrats to all accepted! Has anyone heard back from MSB?

Letter was like the rest of yours. Basically left it up in the air. My understanding is that it is a rejection unless everyone they interview decides to go somewhere else.
