Previously admitted on March 7. Director emailed me to let me know I got a 50% Tuition Scholarship. So excited! I have a bachelor in economics from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia) GPA: 4.41/5.00 (3.89 converted to the US system according to WES). 3 yrs of work experience, 1 as Data Analysis Consultant at UNDP, 1 as Big Data Projects' Coordinator at a government agency in Colombia and 1 as Data Scientist at an American Fintech company. Currently, I am a Data Scientist at an online education startup. Also, I have teaching experience in the field as well as 3 publications. GRE: Q:163, V:154, AWA: 4.0. TOEFL 108. Very grateful!

Got rejected...again. Quite surprised though.

Was hoping it was a Aprils fools joke, but don't think they work like that. The very best to everyone else still waiting for an answer. One of my recommenders thinks one of the three in total may not have been strong enough.

Rejected from the PhD program (I was on the waitlist since January 31st; they said they won't be accepting anyone else from the waitlist for PhDs) and accepted into the masters' program.
