Is everybody who doesn't get accepted wait listed here?

I've already been accepted to the University of Iowa anyway.

Emailed the graduate coordinator, she replied that I am on the waitlist

If anyone not taking the offer..please decline! I haven't got anywhere else!

The most dramatic rejection letter I've ever received! They called it a "heartbreaking decision process." Somehow I don't buy that....

anyone heard from this? acceptance or rejection?
