Sadge :{ "Thank you for your application to the graduate program in Media Arts and Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for Fall 2021. We regret that we are not able to offer you admission. We received more than 1100 applications and were able to admit less than 5%. In selecting so few from a large and talented group, we must turn down many qualified applicants. We wish you the best for your future plans. Program in Media Arts and Sciences"

Did anybody hear from Media Lab yet?

Did anybody hear from Media Lab yet?

Interviewed and spoke to students in the group I was interested in. It's a rather competitive program, here is hoping! Good luck to everyone!

“shocker,” he said sarcastically

Anyone have any new from their POIs? I hate this waiting game

I hate them being nice and saying "you are very good!" to everyone! That has ZERO information in it and therefore rude!

Anyone hear anything from the master program yet?

Any movement here?? Looks like should be on third Friday at 3:14pm (pi?)

The Admissions Committee has recently completed evaluating graduate applications for September 2021. Because of the large number of excellent applicants this year, the Committee had many difficult decisions to make, and we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you admission to our graduate program. Thank you for your interest in MIT. We wish you well in the pursuit of your graduate studies and in your professional career.

Anyone knows when MIT is sending out their PhD application decisions? I really can't wait any longer lol

TPB: if/once you have decided to go to MIT, I would be incredibly grateful if you could let Harvard know soon. Thank you!

Does anyone know when can we expect formal rejections?
