I can't believe it! So excited to get the admission result this morning!!

Got an interview! Excited! 3 publications and 5 years of research.

I had interviews with each 3 faculty about my previous research. 5 years of research experience, 6 publication (2 first author, 2 co-first author paper), 5 patents, 2 oral presentations / many poster presentations.

Received an email with a private link to check my application results.

TPB: cannot agree more. Perhaps UNC econ department is full of monsters. How can an educated person say anything like that. Damn it. Really asshoxx. Fxxk them all. (Admitted to top 5 schools)

Yooo~ let's throw a party to celebrate our rejection. So disgusting words in that letter. So happy to be rejected by the arrogant department! Though still hurts while thinking about the application fees!!! Damn it UNC!!!

TPB: I was rejected too! Let's cheer our rejection! It's my honor for not be admitted to this stupid program. While reading *I must inform you that it will not be possible to offer you admission* in that letter, first I was feeling very angry and then feel relieved! The worst and slowest admission process and the worst and dumbest rejection letter! Sucks, UNC.

Oh we are on the same rejection boat! It is so weird that I feel happy after seeing the rejection. ***I must inform you that it will not be possible to offer you admission to the Economics program*** . SHAME on the Econ department at UNC. It must be a hell with people daring sending rejection in this way!!!

TPB: Do you receive the email today? When did you send them email? I asked them one week ago and they did not decide to send out acceptance at that time. Are you gonna accept this offer? Thank you very much!

I do not hear anything from the department and recently I emailed the director of graduate study at [email protected] and aslo graduate program coordinator at [email protected]. They told me I was admitted. The coordinator responses email very slowly or even does not reply email. Thus I recommend you guys to send emails to the coordinator and the director at the same time. Hope you get good luck!
