I mean the question begs to be asked whether these universities deserve the prestige they get when all they did was take in the most prodigal of the prodigies who would have anyway made it big. When in 150 years of their existence they could not come up with an explicable, transparent method of selection and have to hide behind confidentiality to avoid giving reasons while asking so much from the applicants. Is the process even intended for admissions or just to fund their research | ||||
