No GRE. No Interview.

Email informing that I haven't been accepted to my program of interest and encouraging me to apply to their master's program. Thanks, but no thanks.

TTPB: Disregard the [Waitlist]. Has anyone heard from the CS PhD program ? I saw a batch of notifications of acceptance at the beginning of February and nothing since then.

3 research, 2 internships (1 was the research), 3 faculty LOR (1 from research professor, all 3 from professors from courses taken + communicated in OH about research opportunity inquiries and did well in all 3 courses), average/low gpa (in comparison to most others) but a very strong upward trend

I didn't apply to the PhD program. A professor in my network recommended me, so they are making an exception. Stream: AI/ML

Instead offered for MS in Cyber Security
