7 co-authored papers, 6 years research experience. POI of interest was contacted before application season. This was my third time reapplying to graduate school. In the two years I was rejected, I had collected more valuable research experiences, connections, and papers than I had in all my time as an undergrad which ultimately qualified me for a fellowship upon admission. So to those of you who were denied admission, don't be disheartened. Keep going and don't give up, you'll get there!

I fully expected this after not hearing anything in February, but it's really annoying they waited until April to give final results. Glad I already was accepted and decided on another school!
