received an email that says check the portal

I received the admission letter but no funding information is provided yet. Their website says "100% PhD students are fully funded". Can anyone confirm if they will provide funding for sure or not? Or has anyone received funding letter from the department?

No publications, but I'm expecting to publish one this year as a first author. Somehow I got into Penn State, so I guess it's really a funding issue?

Had an interview in February. Then had to wait 2 months after knowing that I was recommended for admission.

No interviews. No publications, but will be publishing as a first author in a few months. Didn't mention that I will publish in the personal statement though.
