Email to check the portal. Not a good start to my journey. I appreciate them notifying the students about whatever decision they make.

Law track

No GRE.

GPA is from grad. I appreciate schools that send acceptances and rejections back to back instead leaving people to suffer in a limbo for months.

Data Science and Economics double major, 2 SWE internships, honors data science undergrad thesis, experience with machine learning/natural language processing/data mining

Overjoyed to be accepted to my (wet) dream school!

They told me I am a "top candidate for admission" and invited me to Boston for a Pre-Admissions Event.

Dream program! Thrilled! CP subfield.

International student. Two MAs, both GPAs 3.7. No GRE. I was sent an Email asking me to check the platform.

Political theory subfield

Received an email from the graduate program director (at almost 11 PM Montreal time!) confirming admission with funding details to come soon through the portal. Domestic applicant from a top 3 Canadian university, no MA. Super grateful!

Since acceptances have been sent out, I believe I have been rejected already. The only reason why we still have not officially been rejected is that formal rejections and acceptances need to be approved by Graduate School. Which is why you would see your rejection on the portal. Game's over, people. Don't have fake hopes. don't hurt yourself.
