Did you receive responses from your POIs after you emailed them to work on their lab? None of them answered my emails. How is the selection process at MIT?

(I did not get an interview) Please, has anyone who applied to Geotech track (MS or PhD) heard back from Purdue?

TTPB: I am also an AIS applicant but I didn't get any email about acceptance or rejection. So you mean that you are not officially rejected but POI told you in advance. Did I understand properly?

Contacted POI and he told me that all AIS track applications haven reviewed and they can not offer me a position. He also said some proposals are still pending so something could change by April 15th but I am still taking it as a rejection.

TTPB: Is it for MASc or MEng, when did you submit your application and how long did it take for you to hear back? Did your SGS portal status change as well? Thanks!

No official notice (waiting for funding to be settled) but POI let me know.

Received unofficial acceptance from admissions rep (CEE is finalizing funding packages before sending out official letters)

It's wired. I was interviewed by a professor who was interested in my application but didn't quite match my research direction. I thought this one is out after that interview. Then I get the offer today.
