To the post below, I also proved by the department. Did you contact the professor? I sent emails to the professor but did not get the reply.

The application was first approved by the department, then I had an interview with a faculty yesterday.

TTPB: So does mine but I've heard from PSU that the change in my page will take a few days. And got the offer via e-mail notification.

TTPB : How were you notified? my page still says "The Graduate School has received your application."

Super surprised!! Never expected this admission from PSU! Got offer with full funding. Gonna accept happily :)

To the poster below, I was admitted but will not be accepting and will notify them tommorow about it. My decision deadline was March 22 (and I’m sure other people’s were that date as well) so if you were waitlisted I’m sure you will be hearing soon

My undergrad GPA is lower than 3.0 (out of 4.0), but I have more than 15 publications (half of them 1st author).

My application status also says "Dept. decision made". How can we know the nature of the decision whether its an acceptance or a rejection

Does anyone hear anything from Caltech? Didn't see any update on the website and neither email.
