TA/RA + Dean's fellowship

My application was not for atmospherics physics, where they accept most number of applicants.

Received an email from PD, with funding information to come later. Very excited!

If you have been offered admission at UMBC and other preferred school of choice, Please you can reject UMBC offer.

HSP program, generic rejection email that they weren't extending any more interviews or acceptances this season.

Emailed UMD asking if all acceptances were out here was the response: The admissions committee members are still reviewing applications. Most acceptances will be out in 2 weeks.

CV/ML. 3 first author top conference papers (ICCV*2, AAAI*1). 1 second author CVPR paper.

Main interest CV, secondary NLP. First acceptance, super stoked

Does anyone know if UMD is done sending out offers?

Has anyone with interest in Computer Vision heard back?

Invited for a campus visit on 27th February

Email for PD, IM SO EXCITED!!!!

PD emailed, mentioned that faculty were recommending me for admission (acceptance); official offer letter would come a few days later after a "pro forma" review by the university. I will most likely (99%) be accepting! I am really grateful - and excited to meet my fellow cohort. I am also hopeful that all applicants find their academic home and pursue their goals, too, to make a difference in this field and in the world for youth and families.

Received an e-mail around noon! The letter also said they'd send financial aid/assistantships awards in mid to late March.

TTPB: 1 Mobicom (co-first author; I guess this one is useless), 1 PODC, several fair-quality manuscripts

Has anyone with interest in NLP heard back?
