A professor I had an interview with (late January) just emailed and asked me if I am still interested in pursuing my PhD at Yale. Affirmative, and hoping this will result in an admission.

So I really called up the ChemE Dept and asked them about the decisions. They said the website will be updated by the end of this week. Looks like only the rejections are yet to be sent.

Is there anyone who got admission from OSU? there are no posts here, but I really want to know the progress. If someone admitted, please let me know. OSU is my top dream school.

To the poster below. Congrats, but what did you mean by 'argue and get admission?'. Also, to the other poster, the portal says results will be out latest by April first week, not that it won't be out till April.

To the poster below, is your admit for MS or PhD ? It's surprising to hear about the admit because the portal explicitly mentions that MS decisions will not be released before April.

3 hopefully strong LORs, very strong SOP, good GRE scores (333), good research exp, internships, no papers.

I called them again and they informed me that the decisions will be sent by the end of this week. -_-

I applied for PhD program and also checked 'yes' to be considered as Master's. I sent an email to the department and they didn't even read it. Am I waitlisted or already rejected but they were not interested in sending a reject letter?

Hey I am an international waiting on Wisconsin too, thats the only place I am waiting for now.

Notified by the POI that i should try other places. Got into UIUC, Northeastern, Boston University, Wisconsin. waiting on funding. 1.5 years of research. 2 relevant internships and 1 semester of study abroad in Europe.
